    Properties listed as residential sales will be pushed out to the likes of Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and social media.

    Investment properties will be advertised mainly on our website and social medias, unless specifically requested otherwise.

  • Yes, but this will also affect the pricing as well. Whereas a residential advertising approach involves more promotion and marketing, it will also incur a higher commission fee from us.

    Nonetheless, if either of us thinks it would be beneficial, we can develop a specific marketing strategy for your property.

  • Currently, yes. We must comply with due diligence, which requires us to ensure that the owner is who they say they are and check appropriate documentation.
